Job summary

IT Group Sdn Bhd (ITG) invites an IT BDR to advance from transactional sales into consultative, value-driven software deals for SMEs in Malaysia.

You will lead outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and present our ERP/IT solutions while collaborating with technical teams to tailor proposals. Expect mentorship and hands-on exposure to enterprise software deals in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience or relevant degree.
• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s in business or tech.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting: market research, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to SME decision-makers.
• Lead qualification: uncover client challenges, qualify inquiries, and set up qualified meetings.
• Introductory presentations: deliver baseline product introductions to help prospects understand software value.
• Collaboration with technical teams: gather requirements and coordinate with consultants for proposals.
• CRM & reporting: log interactions, update pipeline stages, and prepare sales activity reports.
