Job summary

Delphin Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on B2B Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and growing business. This is not a desk job; you will be out meeting customers and turning opportunities into sales.

You will visit hospitality clients and other businesses, gather needs, report back with clear pricing expectations, and follow up until deals close. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

What You Will Do (Simple & Clear)

Your main job is to find opportunities and turn them into sales.

You will:

Visit customers (mainly hospitality industries' and businesses)

Build relationships and understand their needs

Ask the right questions to gather useful information

Follow up consistently until the deal is closed

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Assist in collecting payments when required

VERY IMPORTANT: Reporting Requirement

After every customer meeting, you must:

Write a clear and detailed report

Explain:

What was discussed

Customer requirements

Pricing expectations

Competitor information (if any)

Payment collections

This is critical because management will use your report to decide pricing and strategy.
