Job summary

ETH Holdings Sdn Bhd is a timber packaging and pallets specialist based in Port Klang seeking a driven sales professional to expand our footprint in Klang Valley, Penang, and Johor. This front-line role focuses on identifying, approaching, and converting new customers.

You will build a strong pipeline, tailor packaging solutions, and present quotations. Regular travel to client sites is expected, with a clear path to senior sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with a strong new business track record.
• Experience selling into industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Good understanding of industrial packaging, logistics, or supply chain solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel across Klang Valley, Penang, and Johor.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for and acquire new customers across target sectors.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospects through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Understand client-specific packaging and logistics requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Develop long-term relationships that convert first-time buyers into repeat accounts.
• Travel regularly across KL, Penang, and Johor for client visits and meetings.
• Report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and new account performance.
