Job summary

Xora Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for B2B industrial packaging solutions. You will find and win new customers in Klang Valley & Selangor, build long-term relationships, and grow the business through structured selling and consistent follow-up.

2–5 years of B2B field sales experience and proven track record of meeting targets. Strong CRM discipline and willingness to travel regularly to meet customers are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B field sales experience selling physical products to factories, SMEs or distributors.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Hands-on experience using a CRM or sales app to log daily activities (e.g. Lark, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Find and win new B2B customers in Klang Valley & Selangor to expand the client base.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and grow repeat orders.
• Plan and execute sales activities to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Win customers through product knowledge, fast quotations and consistent follow-up, using CRM data to plan visits and pipeline.
• Record every customer visit, call, quotation and market finding in the CRM system on the same day.
• Understand each customer's packaging needs and recommend the right tape, label or packaging solution.
• Prepare and present quotations, samples and proposals to decision makers.
• Work with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
