Job summary

Famsy in Malaysia seeks a Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B) to win new business, develop accounts and tailor gifting/branding solutions to client needs. You will present proposals, negotiate terms and close deals, with uncapped commission and a clear career path to Senior Executive or Manager.

The role offers a RM3,500–RM4,500 base salary with high commission potential, fast quotation turnaround, and exposure to a wide range of corporate gifts and branding solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management or similar commercial role.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Confident approaching and speaking with new corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new B2B corporate accounts through cold calling, networking and referrals.
Identify opportunities with HR, Procurement, Marketing, Purchasing, Admin and Management teams.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Understand customer requirements, budgets and objectives, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
Negotiate and close profitable deals.
Follow up on leads and opportunities; achieve monthly sales targets.
Understand product range and present suitable options to clients.
