Job summary

ASTER BLOOM is expanding its sales team in Malaysia and seeks a motivated Sales Executive to grow income through B2B interactions with corporate clients. You will be supported by marketing-generated inquiries, an experienced team, and access to thousands of corporate gift options.

You will manage the customer journey from inquiry to order, build long-term relationships, and strive to hit monthly and yearly sales targets in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience is preferred, but not compulsory.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up on incoming customer enquiries.
• Understand customers' budget, quantity, timeline and gifting requirements.
• Recommend suitable Corporate Gift solutions and prepare quotations.
• Source products with internal team and suppliers, negotiate and close sales.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual targets.
