Job summary

Zara Building Solutions Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, Terengganu, or Pahang, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow our B2B sales in hardware, plumbing, sanitary, furniture fittings, and related products. You will enjoy meeting customers, developing opportunities, and building long-term relationships.

You will identify new customers, maintain relationships for repeat business, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, close sales, and travel for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, hardware, plumbing, sanitary, furniture fittings, construction materials, building products, or industrial products is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers (hardware retailers, distributors, contractors, developers).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Promote and sell hardware, plumbing, sanitary, furniture fittings, and related products.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales in accordance with company policies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits and provide product recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer payments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
