ECOWARE INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN. BHD is hiring a results-driven Sales Executive for B2B accounts in Malaysia.

You will grow regional hardware and furnishings sales by engaging dealers, project clients, and corporate accounts, and by presenting competitive quotations and tailored product solutions. You will build long-term relationships with key customers, analyze market trends, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably hardware or furniture fittings.
• Strong sales acumen and market understanding.
• Capable of handling key accounts and large project clients.
• Independent, target-driven with willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with regional market and area-based portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2B sales, achieving monthly and yearly targets.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with dealers, project clients, and corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers for long-term growth.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product solutions.
• Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market developments to refine strategies.
• Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, logistics, and purchasing to fulfill orders.
• Provide guidance to junior sales staff.
• Submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to Sales Team Leader/Branch Manager.
• Represent ECOWARE at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
