Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in sanitaryware/building materials.
• At least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, willing to accompany the sales team on visits.
• Able to develop a sales plan and translate it into measurable results.
• Own transport and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Develop new B2B customers including dealers, contractors, developers, designers and project customers.
• Strengthen relationships with existing key customers.
• Monitor sales performance, set KPIs and coach for improvement.
• Identify new market opportunities, territories and partnerships.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews and forecasting.
• Collaborate with management and marketing on promotions and product positioning.
