The role requires strong bilingual communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to coordinate on-ground training events and class logistics in Malaysia.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in corporate B2B or training sectors preferred.
• Fluent multilingual communication with diverse clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; proactive and result-driven.

Aufgaben

• Lead management: handle inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to corporate clients.
• Solutions pitching: present HRDC-funded training programs tailored to client needs.
• Deal closing: follow up, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Relationship building: develop long-term relationships with HR managers and decision-makers.
• On-ground support: attend training sessions in KL when required.
• Class operations: assist in day-to-day class logistics.
• Liaison: act as a bridge between trainer and participants.
• Document collection: gather HRDC documents from participating companies and attendees.
• Compliance: ensure attendance lists and evaluation forms are complete and submitted.
• Team support: collaborate with operations to ensure HRDC guidelines are followed.
