Job summary

TECHCAPITAL RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow our training business, secure new client enrolments, and ensure clients complete their training successfully.

You will generate sales from leads created by marketing, events, and referrals, and prospect HRDCorp-registered employers for training programmes. You will understand client training needs, recommend suitable courses from our catalogue, promote programmes, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in a related field is required.
1–2 years of sales experience; experience selling training programmes is a plus.
Fresh graduates with strong sales drive are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Generate sales by closing training leads through marketing, events and referrals.
Prospect new corporate clients, especially HRDCorp-registered employers, for training programmes.
Recommend suitable courses from the company catalogue based on client needs.
Promote public and in-house training programmes to fill class seats.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Attend trade shows and events to promote programmes and capture leads.
Follow up on leads promptly and coordinate with marketing for campaigns.
