Job summary

IRS Training Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development / Sales Program Executive to drive growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. The role leads sales initiatives, negotiates with clients, and collaborates with marketing and training teams to tailor training solutions.

You will prepare proposals, monitor market trends, and guide junior team members to achieve revenue targets in a dynamic services environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales (training/services industry preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and secure new corporate clients and partnerships.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with marketing and training teams to develop solutions for clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Guide and support junior business development team members.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance updates for management.
