NEXT Academy Sdn Bhd is a high-energy startup delivering premium HRD Corp-claimable corporate training solutions, including leadership, soft skills, technical expertise and team-building. We are expanding our commercial team and seeking an ambitious B2B Sales Executive to drive market expansion across Klang Valley.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, corporate services, recruitment, or client acquisition.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and thriving in a fast-paced, field-heavy startup environment.
• Familiarity with HRD Corp (HRDF) claim procedures, levy utilization, and corporate L&D purchasing behaviors is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement and conversion with existing warm leads and targeted cold outreach to HRHeads, L&D Managers, and Corporate Decision-Makers.
• Consultative discovery: conduct discovery calls and field meetings across KL & Selangor to map training needs against HRD Corp program portfolio.
• Full pipeline management: own the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Field execution: log activities and track sales targets using our internal conversion platform.
