Job summary

FlyBear Pick and Pack Fulfillment in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (B2B E-commerce Fulfilment) to drive growth in contract warehousing and outsourced fulfilment. You will prospect and onboard mid-size to large brands, turning supply chain challenges into scalable 3PL solutions and managing end-to-end commercial accounts.

You will tailor rate structures, coordinate with floor teams, and own billing reconciliation and credit control to ensure ongoing revenue

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, courier or e-commerce services.
• Track record of finding and closing own deals, not only inbound leads.
• Comfortable with numbers: can build a quotation and explain it to a finance team.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead growth in contract warehousing and outsourced fulfilment for mid-size and large brands.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard high-value B2B brand owners, importers, distributors, and omnichannel retailers.
• Translate client supply chain challenges into tailored 3PL solutions, craft rate structures, guide operational integration, and maintain end-to-end account health.
