Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an Account Manager to drive revenue growth, manage B2B customers, and build long-term partnerships across local and export markets. You will develop sales strategies, forecast performance, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in managing customers and coordinating sales support resources.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade processes.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset for interpreting sales data.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and monitor sales forecasts and performance against targets.
• Identify new markets, customers, partnerships and opportunities.
• Conduct market research, networking, exhibitions and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Understand customers' business needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and shipment with customers and 3PL partners.
• Apply Incoterms knowledge in day-to-day sales operations.
• Monitor accounts and ensure timely payment collection; assist with credit control.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Production, R&D, QA, Finance and 3PL teams.
• Track sales data and market trends; provide updates to management.
