Job summary

UMAEZ LLC is seeking an operations-focused professional to own outbound order resolution and proactive fulfillment tracking. You will work with our 3PLs, warehouses, and CS teams to prevent issues before they reach customers, driving orders to resolution across a multi-brand DTC portfolio.

Based in Malaysia or with local talent preference, you’ll monitor shipments, escalate where needed, and contribute to SOP improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, logistics coordination.
• Strong attention to detail—catch order discrepancies and follow up diligently.
• Comfortable with trackers, spreadsheets, and backend systems as daily tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fulfillment and delivery status across all active orders to ensure on-time shipments.
• Proactively track unfulfilled orders and drive to resolution.
• Coordinate fixes for delayed or partial fulfillments (reshipment, refund, escalation).
• Coordinate with 3PL, warehouses, and logistics on status and handoffs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date trackers and surface patterns for systemic fixes.
