Job summary

Flybear Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a proactive Business Development Executive (B2B E-commerce Fulfilment) to lead growth in contract warehousing and outsourced fulfilment. You will identify, pitch, and onboard high-value B2B brand owners, importers, distributors and omnichannel retailers.

Beyond closing deals, you will craft scalable 3PL solutions, design competitive rate structures, align with floor teams, and manage end-to-end account health including billing.

Responsibilities

• Prospect e-commerce brand owners, retail distributors, beauty and healthcare companies, FMCG principals and electronics brands that want to outsource their fulfilment.
• Follow up inbound enquiries and run discovery calls, virtual meetings and warehouse walkthroughs.
• Build pipeline through LinkedIn, industry associations, e-commerce seller events and directories, and keep every lead up to date in the CRM.
• Understand each prospect's operation: SKU count, monthly order volume, campaign peaks, pallet and shelf space, and parcel profile.
• Check capacity and staffing with Operations and Warehouse Managers before quoting.
• Prepare quotations from standard rate card: storage, inbound, pick and pack, packaging materials, courier and last-mile rates, system integration and value-added services.
• Present proposals showing clients the cost, speed and scalability benefits.
• Negotiate rates, credit terms and minimum volumes within pricing limits set by management.
• Prepare service agreements and SLAs from company templates with management sign-off.
• Hand new clients over to Operations and Customer Service with a structured kick-off.
