Job summary

TDCX in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales professional to grow the B2B client base. You will engage customers, handle orders, and advise on products that fit customer needs, while maintaining strong product knowledge and meeting key performance metrics.

With experience in inside sales, you will manage multiple systems and use CRM tools to track progress, contributing to a fast-paced, target-driven environment in a global BPO setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Fluent in English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B or inside sales, preferably in travel, property, or digital marketing.
• Strong account ownership, time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• CRM experience such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close incoming sales opportunities and articulate product benefits to meet short-term goals and quotas.
• Assist customers with order placement and provide product information to match customer needs.
• Recommend products and services that fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain high service levels meeting Sales, Quality and Productivity metrics and strive to overachieve targets.
• Document and escalate customer issues or trends through proper channels.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date by attending trainings and reviewing materials.
• Other duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System.
