Job summary

TDCX is hiring for B2B sales professionals in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on engaging enterprise clients across the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a mix of hunter, closer, and relationship-building tasks.

Based in KL Sentral, you will work fully from the office, with standard hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and primarily conduct client engagements via calls, Microsoft Teams, emails, and virtual meetings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years (minimum) of B2B sales experience.
• Experience dealing with enterprise / MNC / large corporate clients is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills and confidence in engaging stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end sales cycle, or a strong specialization in one area.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation / prospecting for B2B opportunities.
• Account management / customer success / post-sales engagement.
• Client engagement via calls, Teams, emails and virtual meetings; field sales not required.
