Job summary

TDCX Group in Malaysia is seeking a proactive professional to join the team as part of our Digital Marketing/Pre-Sales effort. You will reach prospective advertisers by phone and email, perform needs assessments, and route opportunities to the right teams to maximize client fit.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with a drive for sales, strong communication skills in English, and a creative mindset to tailor solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of related field experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong track record in directly driving business and sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Reach prospective advertisers via phone and email to assess suitability.
• Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right team.
• Route opportunities to appropriate teams or set follow-ups with sales reps.
• Assist in planning business events and executing marketing activities.
• Set clear expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with direct mails and calls until decision makers are reached.
• Support ongoing quality management improvements and system requirements.
