Provide comprehensive executive support to the Director in daily business operations and strategic initiatives.
Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal departments, project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry developments, business opportunities, and project-related matters to support management decision-making.
Review, prepare, and translate business documents, reports, correspondence, contracts, and presentation materials.
Assist the Director in reviewing management reports, project updates, contracts, and other important business documents.
Coordinate communication and collaboration between headquarters, project teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, business travel arrangements, and related logistics.
Assist in organizing business meetings, client visits, project inspections, corporate events, and official functions.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Perform other duties and special assignments as directed by the Director.
Master's Degree or above in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields.
Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of construction projects, engineering processes, project management, or data center infrastructure.
Ability to understand technical documents, project reports, contracts, drawings, and industry-related terminology.
Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and business etiquette.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
Experience supporting senior executives, directors, or C-level management will be an added advantage.
