Bike Continent Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to the Director in Johor Bahru. The role provides proactive administrative and personal support to efficiently manage the Director’s daily commitments.
You will coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and document preparation, while handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of PA/EA experience, excellent communication, and readiness to travel for business.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to the Director to provide efficient administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate is able to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and ensure the Director’s daily activities and commitments are well coordinated.
Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle emails, calls, and communications on behalf of the Director when required.
Organize and maintain important documents, records, and confidential information.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external parties.
Follow up on tasks and matters assigned by the Director to ensure timely completion.
Assist with business and personal arrangements as required.
Support the Director in daily administrative and operational matters.
Conduct research and prepare information or summaries when required.
Manage multiple priorities and ensure important deadlines are not missed.
Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the Director.
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
Willingness and availability to travel abroad for business trips is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Mature, responsible, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and professional manner.
Ability to communicate in Chinese fluently is an advantage.
