Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is hiring a Branch Support Admin to join our team located at KYM Tower, Level 9. The role focuses on administrative support for sales operations, coordinating with insurers, ownership transfers, and document management to ensure smooth branch functions.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in automotive Sales Admin, strong communication and teamwork, and good connections with financial institutions to assist payments and banking processes.

Qualifications

• Preferably Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in any disciplines or SPM/ O-Level with relevant experience.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in Sales Admin in the automotive industry.
• Good in communication skills & teamwork.
• Good connections with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Coordinate with external parties (e.g., insurance, ownership transfer) and support ground operations.
• Inventory Management: Manage retail car keys and trade plates; monitor stock measurement.
• Documentation Support: Collect, verify, and store documents; prepare dealer collection documents; verify/upload vehicle documents.
