Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a Branch Support Admin to join our team in Malaysia. You will be the primary contact for customer queries about products, orders and deliveries, and provide essential support to the sales team.

Key duties include coordinating with external parties for ownership transfers, managing payments and receipts, and ensuring documents are uploaded and up to date. The role requires 1–2 years in sales admin within the automotive sector and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in any field or SPM/O-Level with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of sales admin experience in the automotive industry.
• Clear communication and ability to work in a team.
• Good connections with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external parties (e.g., insurance, ownership transfer) and support ground operations.
• Maintain retail and environment outlook and update records.
• Check and update documents (Master List, eAuto, RC status).
• Liaise with authorities for ownership transfers.
• Upload documents to Google Drive and update the order list.
• Handle payments: collection, validation, and receipts.
