This full-time, on-site role offers a base salary of MYR 3,500–8,000 per month, plus travel claims and attendance allowances, with mentorship from a Senior Sales mentor and a clear career pathway. You will identify new B2B opportunities, consult with clients on automation needs, prepare proposals with the tech team, and manage the sales

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics, Automation or related engineering.
• Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing equipment is advantageous.
• Able to understand technical concepts and product parameters quickly.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally for client visits.
• Fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese is essential for liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop new markets by engaging potential B2B clients in manufacturing.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and factory visits to assess automation needs.
• Prepare basic automation proposals and product specifications with the tech team.
• Manage the sales cycle including presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closures.
• Support project delivery with technical teams post-sale.
• Build and maintain relationships; identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends to inform strategy.
