Job summary

Beckhoff Automation in Malaysia is seeking candidates for a combined Technical and Operation Sales Support role to strengthen our sales team in Selangor, Petaling Jaya. You will assist clients, analyze RFQs, and coordinate orders.

The ideal candidate has a degree in industrial automation or engineering, 1–3 years in industrial automation sales support (fresh graduates welcomed), and familiarity with D365, CRM and Excel. Fluency in English and strong teamwork encouraged.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial automation, engineering or comparable technical qualification.
1–3 years of experience in sales support for industrial automation; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of the Malaysia automation market is an advantage.
Proactive, self-starter and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Understand client RFQs and propose suitable automation solutions.
Stay up-to-date with Beckhoff products and features.
Provide information and support to help the salesperson achieve targets.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
Coordinate with the operation department for customer POs, deliveries and invoicing.
Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent service.
Manage sales tracking tools and report monthly sales and orders.
Keep records of sales and order trends via D365, CRM and Excel.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Report to HQ Logistics department head on logistics matters.
Maintain proper warehouse processes and stock management.
