Qualifications

• Must have engineering degree or diploma in related field.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and automation concepts.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical sales environment.
• Willingness to travel and strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of sales and distribution with basic project management.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and update sales pipelines.
• Qualify database and update CRM.
• Establish new accounts; plan and organize sales calls.
• Identify customer requirements; build rapport and understand needs.
• Support marketing campaigns, leads generation, and management.
• Present product and technical information to customers.
• Drive and manage project pipelines; act as technical advisor and product advocate.
• Communicate regulatory requirements and MT capabilities to customers.
• Interact with customers’ engineering teams to illustrate MT propositions.
• Represent MT at field events; provide training to customers’ staff.
• Develop customer staff with technical information and training.
• Negotiate to secure win–win agreements.
• Analyze cost-benefit for improvements in customer environments.
