Job summary

TEM Automation Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to expand our System Integrator and Machine OEM markets. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, understand their requirements, and recommend solutions to secure orders.

You should be prepared to travel within SEA, enjoy learning, and strive to hit sales targets. The role offers an attractive package with a base salary of RM6,000–RM8,000 plus commission and annual bonuses in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of Industrial Automation & Robotics Market.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support sales activities in the automation sector.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, understand requirements.
• Recommend solutions and pursue opportunities to secure orders.
• New customer development and market coverage for SEA region; manage TEM products.
