Job summary

AGX Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and manage customer relationships. You will promote air, sea, and land freight solutions, prepare quotations, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field and 2–3 years’ sales experience in logistics. Travel and self-motivation are expected to support business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive long-term business growth.
• Promote the company’s logistics solutions, including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and value-added services.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and customized logistics solutions to meet customers' requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements in accordance with company policies.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the system.
• Attend customer meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to expand business opportunities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
