Job summary

ERMS Berhad invites a Senior Product Manager to drive planning, development and enhancement of REN Wellness Retreat’s wellness products, services and guest experiences in Malaysia, aligned with brand positioning.

You will analyze market trends in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and identify revenue opportunities and partnerships to grow the integrated wellness ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related field.
• Hospitality or wellness/service industry background is advantageous.
• Mandarin is preferred for communication with suppliers/clients from China.
• Ability to independently manage projects from research to delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Collect and consolidate performance data (sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, occupancy).
• Review customer feedback and occupancy trends to evaluate product effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

Support in planning, developing, implementing, and continuously enhancing wellness products, services, programmes, and guest experiences, in line with brand positioning, business objectives, and target customer segments.

Identify opportunities to adapt, internalise, and integrate relevant research findings, treatment approaches, products, and service concepts into existing offerings and integrated wellness ecosystem, and submit proposals for review.

Conduct market research and monitor hospitality, wellness, spa, health, and lifestyle industry developments, particularly within Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Evaluate customer segments, market demand, competitor offerings, pricing structures, and industry best practices to inform product positioning and development strategies.

Identify opportunities for new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, product collaborations, and business expansion, and prepare proposals for review.

Support in coordinating and overseeing cross‑departmental product development and implementation projects as delegated.

Assist in defining project objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, resource requirements and deliverables to drive on‑time, efficient delivery, in accordance with the company's director.

Collect and consolidate product and service performance data including sales revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, utilisation rate and conversion indicators as assigned.

Review and analyse sales data, guest feedback, online reviews, occupancy trends, customer insights, and operational performance to evaluate product effectiveness, and prepare analysis reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 5 years of working experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Analysis, or a related field.

Candidates from hospitality, wellness, or customer-centric service industry will be an added advantage.

Mandarin speaker is preferred as they will need to communicate with suppliers/clients from China.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from research and planning through implementation, evaluation, and successful delivery.

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, resolving operational challenges, and achieving agreed project objectives.

Strong communication and coordination skills to work across technical and business teams.

Solid understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle and product documentation practices.
