Ren seeks a seasoned marketing professional to craft and drive strategies, manage campaigns and events, and collaborate with partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of working experiences in Marketing/Branding related role.
• Candidates from Hotel/Resort setting is preferred.
• Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred due to the need of communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Creativity to generate new marketing strategies and campaigns for retail and e-commerce.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
• Must be team player and able to lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Take ownership of assigned campaigns from planning through execution and post-campaign reporting.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials including visuals, videos, social media content, brochures and promotional materials.
• Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers and agencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance including reach, engagement, lead generation, conversion and ROI.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Company's CRM initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate and execute wellness talks, corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, roadshows and pop-up activations.
• Source and coordinate collaborations with KOLs, influencers and content creators.
• Liaise with agencies and media partners regarding artwork, schedules and campaign execution.
