Job summary

ERMS Berhad's REN Wellness Retreat is seeking a hotel front office supervisor to lead day-to-day operations. You will greet VIPs, manage check-ins, handle escalations, and supervise front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism management, 2–3 years of hotel experience, familiarity with Opera PMS, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism management.
• 2 to 3 years of front office or supervisory hotel experience.
• Knowledge of Opera property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIPs, manage check-ins, and handle service escalations.
