REN Wellness Retreat (by ERMS Berhad - a subsidiary of IJM Land) is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to engage with customers, promote products and services, and drive growth. You’ll follow up inquiries, build relationships, and support marketing campaigns to ensure excellent customer experiences.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year in sales/marketing, with a preference for hotel/resort sector experience and corporate client

Competenze

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Wellness, or related field.
• At least 1 year of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Experience in hotel/resort industry is highly preferred.
• Experience handling corporate clients or partnership accounts is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
