REN Wellness Retreat, by ERMS Berhad, seeks a front-d desk/clinical support assistant to aid traditional and complementary medicine services. You will translate for TCM consultations, guide patients through treatments, and prepare herbal prescriptions in coordination with practitioners.

You will assist with equipment setup, ensure comfortable environments, handle scheduling and billing support, and liaise between foreign practitioners and local clients.

Qualifications

• At least SPM holder.
• Fresh graduates in healthcare related studies are welcomed.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
• Basic understanding of TCM therapies and patient care.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese skills are a plus.
• Willing to work on a rotational basis including weekends.

Job Responsibilities

Assist TCM practitioners by translating during patient consultations.

Guide patients through treatment processes and provide clear instructions.

Prepare herbal prescriptions as instructed by practitioners.

Support in setting up therapy equipment and ensuring treatment rooms are ready.

Monitor and ensure patients’ comfort during and after treatments.

Assist with appointment scheduling, billing support, and other front-desk duties when required.

Act as a liaison between foreign practitioners and local patients.

Job Requirements

At least SPM holder.

Fresh graduates in healthcare related studies are also welcomed to apply.

Prior experience in healthcare, medical, wellness or customer service role is an added advantage.

Basic understanding of TCM therapies and patient care.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin- or Cantonese-speaking clients.

Open to working on a rotational basis, including Saturday & Sunday, to support business needs.
