Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote Personal Loan products to New To Bank and Existing To Bank customers. You will actively cross-sell credit life insurance and credit cards while delivering prompt service.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, with minimum SPM qualifications and ideally banking experience. You will participate in planning sales activities, ensure proper documentation, and escalate unresolved complaints

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 passes including Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
• Banking experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote Personal Loan to New To Bank and Existing To Bank customers.
• Actively cross sell on credit life insurance & credit card.
• Identify new sales strategies and approaches to increase achievements.
• Participate, plan and support sales activities.
• Ensure all relevant income documents are obtained from customers to adequately support the application.
• Practice best sales practices and deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved complaints to your superior.
• Ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.

• Ensure no misrepresentation of product feature, pricing, promotions and processes.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in sales and customer service environment with strong customer care culture
• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 passes inclusive of Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably 1 year of banking experience.
