Job summary

DXN Holdings Bhd is seeking an F&B Section Manager to supervise daily section operations at the Cyberjaya outlet, translating outlet targets into section-level execution. You will lead the section team to ensure consistent, high-quality dining experiences that uphold the DXN brand and profitability.

Responsibilities include maintaining food quality and service standards, enforcing hygiene and safety, controlling costs, training staff, and handling guest feedback with effective service recovery.

Job description

The F&B Section Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of an assigned section within the outlet (e.g. kitchen, service floor, or beverage counter), ensuring food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cost control are consistently met.This role exists to translate outlet-level operational and quality targets into effective section-level execution, and to lead and develop the section's team members so that guests receive a consistent, high-quality dining experience that upholds the DXN brand and supports overall outlet profitability.
