Job summary

DXN Holdings Bhd in Kedah, Malaysia, seeks a culinary assistant specializing in sushi and sashimi prep to join our wellness product company.

You will assist in assembling maki, nigiri, and sashimi, plate dishes per SOP, and support kitchen operations under pressure.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of basic Japanese culinary techniques, knife skills, and raw fish handling, plus strong communication and teamwork.
