Job summary

DXN Holdings Bhd, a global health and wellness company based in Malaysia, is seeking an experienced laboratory operations leader to oversee daily testing workflows, staff management, safety compliance, budgeting, and quality control.

The role requires strong leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related life sciences, and 5–10 years of progressive lab experience with supervisory responsibilities. This position emphasizes regulatory readiness and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry, or a related life science.
• Certification: CLS or MLS preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive laboratory experience with supervisory or management duties.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily testing workflows, maintain diagnostic accuracy, and optimize turnaround times.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate medical lab technicians and technologists.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure readiness for audits and accreditations.
• Manage departmental budgets, order reagents, and oversee procurement or repair of medical equipment.
• Implement SOPs and monitor quality assurance data.
