DXN Solutions in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to own the AP function for the DXN group. You will ensure supplier invoices are checked, coded and paid accurately on time, while also managing corporate cards, fixed assets and the stock ledger.
The role offers autonomy, collaboration with purchasing, department managers and the wider finance team, and supports a clean month-end close. This position requires strong NetSuite skills and payroll support experience.
You'll own the accounts payable function for the DXN group - making sure supplier invoices are checked, coded and paid accurately and on time in NetSuite. Alongside AP, you'll look after corporate cards, the fixed asset register and the stock ledger, and support a clean, timely month-end close.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of autonomy. You'll report to the Group Financial Controller and work closely with purchasing, department managers, suppliers and the wider finance team.
Processing and coding supplier invoices in NetSuite across entity, GL account, department, project and tax code
3-way matching against purchase orders and resolving mismatches with the purchasing team
Reconciling supplier statements, investigating and clearing discrepancies
Maintaining supplier master records, including new vendor and bank detail verification under fraud-prevention controls
Preparing payment runs for review, and processing employee expense claims
Corporate card reconciliations, fixed asset register maintenance and monthly depreciation journals
Maintaining the stock ledger
Supporting Malaysian payroll with our third-party provider — onboarding, employee data and statutory compliance
Month-end balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany journals and audit support
Minimum 7 years' accounts payable experience with strong end-to-end AP and supplier management knowledge
Strong working NetSuite experience - you can navigate it confidently, investigate errors and know where to look when something doesn't reconcile
Fluent business English and Malay, written and spoken
Solid knowledge of Malaysian SST, withholding tax and corporate governance requirements
Demonstrated Malaysian payroll experience
Experience with fixed asset registers, depreciation journals and month-end reconciliations
A self-starter who juggles competing priorities and hits deadlines without being chased
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, bookkeeping or finance, or equivalent experience
Australian GST and BAS knowledge
Multi-entity, multi-currency or listed company experience
