Job summary

DXN Holdings Bhd, listed on Bursa Malaysia, is expanding its legal team and seeks a diligent Legal & Compliance Executive to be based at Alor Setar, Kedah. This role offers a professional growth path within the DXN Group.

You will draft, review and manage contracts (NDAs, POAs, service and supply agreements), advise on legal risks, and support IP management to protect DXN's assets. Qualified candidates hold a law degree (LLB or equivalent) with 2–3 years of experience, and possess strong

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts (NDAs, POAs, service and supply agreements).
• Advise management on contractual matters, risks, obligations, and commercial considerations.
• Support contract implementation, renewals, terminations, and related matters.
• Maintain and organize contract documents and database.
• Assist in IP registration, maintenance, and renewals.
• Coordinate with external agents on IP filings.
• Maintain IP portfolio records and documentation.

DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Legal & Compliance Executive with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Alor Setar, Kedah.

Responsibilities

Contract & Document Management

Draft, review, and manage contracts (e.g., NDAs, POAs, service agreements, supply agreements, tenancy agreements).

Advise Management and internal stakeholders on contractual matters, legal risks, obligations and commercial considerations.

Support stakeholders on contract implementation, renewal, termination and other contractual matters.

Maintain and organize legal documents and contract database.

Intellectual Property (IP) Management

Assist in the registration, maintenance, and renewal of IP rights (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, where applicable).

Coordinate with external agents or counsel on IP filings and renewals.

Maintain IP portfolio records and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).

2–3 years of experience as a legal practitioner.

Strong understanding of contract law and IP.

Exposure in IP or legal tech tools or contract management systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Problem-solving mindset focused on process improvement.
