Job summary

DXN Holdings Bhd is seeking workers for nursery and landscape maintenance at its Kedah facilities. Responsibilities include sowing, transplanting, soil mixing, plant care, grass cutting, weeding, and following SOPs for safe operations. Candidates should be willing to learn, physically fit for outdoor work, and able to work under hot weather.

Minimum SPM or equivalent required; agriculture experience is a plus. Work location: Lot 1109, Mukim Malau, Jalan Bukit Wang, Jitra, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Interested to work in agriculture sector.
• Basic handling of agriculture chemical and fertilizer.
• Able to perform repetitive routine daily task.
• Able to follow sops, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Able to work under hot weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine nursery activities such as sowing, transplanting seedling, soil mixer production as well as plant care and others.
• Perform general work and any related task that were instructed by the Supervisor respectively
• Herbs Nursery & Landscape Maintenance Perform maintenance work such as grass cutting, manual weeding and others at nursery, pergola herbs and herbs garden
• Perform risk activity by following correct Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and safe working procedure
• Responsible to ensure safety during and after risk activities
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) need to be wear and ensure in a good condition with no damage
• 4) Training and Development Provide continuous improvement suggestion or feedback to improve the productivfty to the supervisor
