Prudential is seeking a Social & Digital Lead to manage and execute the organization’s social and digital initiatives, ensuring a strong brand presence and meaningful customer engagement across owned, earned, and paid channels.

The role focuses on leading social media strategy, campaign execution, content coordination, and data-driven optimization, collaborating with Brand, Creative, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in social, digital, web, and performance marketing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proven experience managing agencies, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and execute social media activities across platforms to drive engagement and build long-term digital community for PruBSN.
• Manage social listening and insights to surface actionable recommendations.
• Activate and optimize digital campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
