Prudential Services Asia in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Digital & Social Strategy Leader to build a cohesive, data-driven digital ecosystem that aligns with brand goals and accelerates demand generation.

You will lead integrated social, web, and paid media strategies, oversee content and SEO, partner with cross-functional teams, and develop the Social & Digital team to stay ahead of emerging channels and trends.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in social, digital, web and performance marketing roles.
• Strong expertise in social media, web management, SEO/SEM, paid media and lead generation.
• Proven experience with agencies, budgets, and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into strategy and action.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
• Familiarity with Shariah Guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated social, digital, web and performance strategies.
• Oversee social strategy, content planning, publishing, and engagement.
• Manage website, SEO/SEM, content experience and channel performance.
• Lead paid media to maximise ROI and improve funnel efficiency.
• Embed data-driven decision-making and optimization across campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Acquisition, IT and Customer teams.
• Lead and build the Social & Digital team capability.
