Job summary

Prudential Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing professional to manage the corporate website, social media programs and performance marketing initiatives across owned and paid channels.

You will lead agency partners, drive SEO/SEM, monitor analytics, content publishing, budgets and contracts, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and deliver data‑driven insights to improve engagement and media ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, content marketing or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate websites, content publishing and agency partners.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day website operations and updates.
• Coordinate social media content calendars and campaigns.
• Drive performance marketing campaigns and agency management.
• Ensure tracking, analytics, and governance across digital assets.
• Prepare regular performance dashboards and actionable insights.
