Job summary

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager for Agency Business Planning & Event to source and manage vendors for campaigns, rewards, and events, and to liaise with external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

You will develop promotional materials, plan Agency Awards, conferences, and campaigns across physical and virtual platforms, coordinate tours, prepare briefs, and handle project coordination with internal teams while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in agency event management, marketing campaigns, event planning and execution, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers for campaign rewards, incentives, and event requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
• Develop promotional materials for agency campaigns and contests (teasers, social media content, newsletters, marketing collateral).
• Plan, coordinate, and execute agency events (AAP, Kick-Off, Agency Conference) across physical and virtual platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to obtain information and materials for campaigns and projects.
• Ensure campaigns and events are delivered on schedule within budget requirements.
