Job summary

Tokio Marine Insurance Group Asia is seeking an organized administrative support person for the Marketing Office in Kuala Lumpur to help manage quotations, referrals, NCD recovery, and liaison with underwriters for appeal cases.

Non-Motor responsibilities include revising quotations, negotiating with underwriting, processing referrals, and follow-through on policy status, with emphasis on accurate wordings before dealer dispatch and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Preferably minimum 3 Years industry experience in similar field.
• General insurance knowledge.
• Sales and performance driven.
• Strong Creative thinking and ability to create the right outcomes for the business.
• Have good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and good rapport with internal and external parties.
• A team player.

Responsibilities

• Support MFD Marketing Office to ensure smooth operations i.e. assist with quotations, referrals, NCD recovery, liaisons with underwriters for appeal cases.
• Non-Motor – Provide quality servicing to the business which includes but not limited to revising quotations, negotiating with UW, referring referrals to higher authority, following up with policy processing team on policy status, checking policy wordings/clauses before sending to dealers, preparing acknowledgement letters and follow up on payments.
• Accountable for overall administration support to MU to ensure workflow is running effectively & efficiently.
• Assist in ad-hoc administration support to the team members.
