Job summary

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd. seeks a Bancassurance Business Development Assistant Manager to drive growth in the Klang Valley region. You will support sales channels, coordinate training, and strengthen partnerships with bankers to expand both credit and non-credit bancassurance business.

The role requires building strong relationships, leading marketing activities, and ensuring adherence to regulator guidelines while delivering service excellence across branches in the Klang region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
• At least 4 years of related experience.
• Familiar with bancassurance products and sales management in bancassurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist, monitor and lead marketing activities to achieve regional budgets and profitability across all channels.
• Conduct training/meetings/workshops with KV sales channels on sales topics and product briefings.
• Convey product and selling skills knowledge to bankers to grow credit and non-credit business.
