HR Policy & Compliance: Implement and review HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are benchmarked against industry best practices and compliant with local regulations.

Regional Support: Serve as the key operational HR contact for business units in Malaysia and Indonesia, ensuring consistent group standards.

Employee Relations: Manage grievances and disciplinary issues, providing professional guidance and coaching to managers and employees.

Administrative Oversight: Supervise the HR Executive in managing payroll, attendance tracking, and the recruitment/permit processes for foreign workers and expatriates.
