Job summary

SENJUN INDUSTRIAL SDN. BHD. seeks an Operations Manager to plan and oversee daily franchisee store activities, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will master store processes, implement QSC standards and manage assets, promotions, and staff recruitment, training, and performance. Willingness to travel for inspections is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above is required; exceptional candidates may be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in catering chain-related industries.
• Experience in food and beverage is advantageous.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Must be willing to travel for store inspections.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily operation of franchisee stores to achieve profit targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Understand and master all store processes and admin tasks for orderly work flow.
• Implement and manage Quality, Service, Cleanliness standards and control raw material loss.
• Be responsible for store asset management.
• Plan, execute, track, evaluate and feedback on store promotional activities.
• Recruit staff, train new and current employees, manage shifts, appraisals and motivation.

Job description

1. Plan and manage the daily operation of franchisee stores to ensure the achievement of profit targets and improve customer satisfaction.

2. Fully understand and master all process operations and administrative work of the stores to ensure the orderly progress of work.

3. Implement and manage the QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards of the stores and control the loss of raw materials.

4. Be responsible for the asset management of the stores.

5. Plan, execute, track, evaluate and give feedback on store promotional activities.

6. Be responsible for store staff recruitment, new employee and on-the-job training, staff shift arrangement management, performance appraisal, and employee motivation.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum diploma or above. Exceptional abilities will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Have more than 2 years of working experience in the catering chain-related industries.

3. Experience in food and beverage is an advantage.

4. Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

5. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.

6. The position requires adapting to irregular business trips for store inspection
