Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to ensure dining service quality and achieve monthly sales and profit targets.
• Take full responsibility for store management, leading all staff to accomplish the companys operational and business objectives.
• Manage all human resources, finances, and materials within the store, ensuring strict compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Enforce financial procedures, monitor and control operating costs and inventory to maintain profitability.
• Supervise the daily work of the Front-of-House Manager and Head Chef, resolving operational issues promptly to maintain food and service quality.
• Execute marketing and promotional strategies from the head office, providing timely feedback to ensure business targets are met.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relations, expand the customer base, and enhance brand image through excellent public relations and customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of store assets, equipment, and inventory, preventing any loss or misuse.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, collect customer feedback, and implement improvements to maintain the restaurants reputation.
• Supervise and implement staff training to ensure employees possess strong professional knowledge, service skills, and positive attitudes.
• Lead and motivate the team, manage scheduling, performance reviews, and enforce reward and disciplinary actions according to company policy.
• Review and verify daily sales reports, purchasing and expense claims, and other financial documentation in accordance with company accounting standards.
